Refund policy
Refund & Return Policy
We do not accept returns. However, if you received the wrong item, a damaged item, or you simply did not like the tea, contact us within 14 days of delivery so that we can try to correct the issue or process a refund. If able, please include a photo of any relevant damage within your inquiry. For each customer, there is a limit of two (2) refunds for dissatisfaction.
