Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During product launches, holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the United States (50 states).
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be offered during select promotions or when stated at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery is updated by USPS.
USPS/standard shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited shipping: 2–4 business days, when available
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other issues outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at africasnapturals@gmail.com with your Order # and correct address. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has started.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with neighbors, building staff, or your local post office/carrier if your package shows delivered but has not been received.
For packages that appear lost in transit, contact us at africasnapturals@gmail.com and we’ll help you determine the next steps with the carrier.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at africasnapturals@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you on a replacement or resolution.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or unclaimed package, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
